• Accepted deposit channels currently include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT are also accepted.
• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific promotional offer. Minimum deposit requirements may vary by payment channel.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. f88bet does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after the relevant market has been accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change without notice until a wager is formally confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement govern the payout calculation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f88bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all wagers, and forfeiture of the entire account balance:

• Registering or using more than one f88bet account, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or country of residence.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, analyse, or interact with the Platform in any way that circumvents normal user behaviour.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated wagering intended to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the f88bet Platform or its content.
• Using the Platform in a manner that disrupts, damages, or impairs its normal operation for other users.

All content, design, graphics, logos, text, software, interface elements, game titles, and other material appearing on or forming part of the f88bet Platform are the proprietary intellectual property of f88bet or its licensed third-party content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the f88bet Platform for your personal entertainment. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any f88bet content or functionality.

The f88bet name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f88bet's aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Services — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount of real-money deposits made by that User to their f88bet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

f88bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its Services;
• Loss of data, unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Errors in game outcomes, odds display, or payout calculations resulting from third-party technical failures;
• Gambling losses, however incurred, provided the Platform has operated in accordance with its published rules;
• Any force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disaster, government action, infrastructure failure, or network outage.

Nothing in these Terms limits f88bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

f88bet takes its responsible gambling obligations seriously. Gambling on f88bet must be treated as a form of paid entertainment, not a method of generating income. All Users are strongly encouraged to set personal deposit, loss, and session time limits before commencing play.

f88bet reserves the right to impose limits, cooling-off periods, or temporary self-exclusion on any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a User may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling, regardless of whether the User has requested such intervention.

f88bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account and to void any related transactions at its sole discretion in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy forming part of the f88bet user agreement;

• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Discovery that a User does not satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• Actions that f88bet determines are harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.

A User who wishes to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the f88bet support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at closure will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements and applicable withdrawal conditions.

f88bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material in nature, f88bet will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users — for example, by publishing a notice on the Platform or, where appropriate, by direct communication to the account email address on record.

The version of these Terms published on the f88bet website at the time of any relevant transaction or event shall be the governing version. In the event of a dispute between a User and f88bet, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through f88bet's internal complaints process. Users may contact the support team to raise a formal complaint. f88bet will acknowledge complaints within five (5) business days and aim to provide a final response within thirty (30) days.

Where internal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be referred to the relevant arbitration or regulatory dispute resolution mechanism applicable under the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
